- Quotes are valid for two weeks.
- Weekends are outside our business hours.
- Replies on early weekday mornings, at night, and on holidays may take time.
- If you do not reply to our messages, we will close the project. We will notify you and wait about two days before closing it.
- After the project is closed, we continue to answer messages about that project.
- We work on Japan Standard Time (JST). When requesting a meeting, please specify the date and time in JST.
